All of a sudden this has been greyed out in Thunderbird. It was fine last night when I shut off my computer. I tackle it by setting the minimum font size. I have never known zoom work on the user interface. In fact, users often complain that while they can zoom to see message text, they cannot zoom the menus and message lists.
